LIAR. Kerry has nothing to do with Ken Lay. Lay was Bush's butt buddy and #1 contributor. Quit trying to pawn off your corrupt Texas criminals on us. SO what if Lay was on the board of a Heinz foundation? That wasn't under Theresa's control. And besides, she was a Republican then, as is nearly everyone on the Heinz boards. Heinz is a republican company. The GOP wanted Theresa to run for senator was a Republican in 1992.
