Texas has one of the weakest office of the governor of any state. That being said, Bush doesn't give a rip about executions and he did mock Carla Faye Tucker in public. That's public record. Whether he commutes or gives reprieves, he should never, ever, ever be so despicable as to mock someone pleading for their lives...in public. That's juvenile, stupid, ugly and pure Bush as he really is. Thompson of Illinois I believe stopped all executions when it was found, mostly through DNA, that many of those on death row were innocent.
