Kerry bought a new camo suit, borrowed a shotgun. and killed a goose...

I loved seeing it... pissed off the enviro-base while simultaneously looking like a "fox hunter" with a "commoner porter" for the dirty work.

That should really appeal to common "you shoot it - you carry it and clean it" every day sportsmen.

What a no brainer - give the goose to a food shelf. These guys are loosing their minds.

If that's true, Kerry just violated one of the principles that I require of anyone I hunt with: You kill it, you eat it.

I heard Kerry won't let Teresa go goose hunting with him because when she shoots off her mouth she ruins too much meat.

Kerry said he did not carry it off the field because he was too tired.

<<The National Rifle Assn endorsed GWB today.>>

The magazine had the biggest you go guy for Bush I've seen in 30 years of being a life member.

24 professional athletes came out and signed a letter for Bush today.

Then you have 6 NASCAR drivers backing Bush.

So he has proven once again that he is not a true hunter. With all of the geese I've killed over the years I never had to hire anyone to carry it back to the truck for me. I guess I just don't get this game like JFK does.

I mentioned on another thread that we are going to have a special doe hunt the end of this month. I'm in a shotgun only county about 15 miles from where dumb ass boy proclaimed deer hunting was his fav and he loved crawling around in the brush with his trusty double barrel.

Perhaps I should invite him out?

Maybe they were just practicing when they endorsed him last week:

NRA President visits Duluth, backs Bush

BY SCOTT THISTLE

NEWS TRIBUNE

The National Rifle Association announced in Duluth this morning it would spend up to $20 million in 15 key battleground states supporting the reelection of President Bush.

"John Kerry is a Cape Cod phony that's treating the people in the Heartland of America like children," said NRA chief executive officer Wayne LaPierre.

The NRA was making the announcement in Duluth because Minnesota has a large population of hunting and gun enthusiasts. More than 580,000 people hold hunting licenses in Minnesota, LaPierre said.

It seems someone carried it out for Kerry........

.......Hoping to shed what some perceive to be an elitist image, John Kerry appeared to be just a regular guy hunting in Ohio on Thursday morning.....

....Kerry returned after a two-hour hunting trip wearing a camouflage jacket, carrying a 12-gauge shotgun and sporting blood on his hand. But someone else carried the bird he said he shot.

"I'm too lazy," Kerry joked........
