You are CONFUSED again Pro.... There were references to two different 'National Journal' examinations in your post. 1) ONLY LOOKED AT HIS VOTES DURING 2003. (That's only 1/20th. of his Senate history!) 2) The other claimed that he was the 'most liberal' OF THE SEVEN PAST DEM0CRAT CANDIDATES FOR PRESIDENT. (Which may be true, for all I know... but I'd have to see the evidence that they are relying on to make that assertion....) While, of course, the scholarly analysis I posted examined his entire 20 year voting record... over 6,300 votes.
