Bush wants tort reform eh, where innocents can't get the judgements they sometimes deserve.
Take for example that poor girl who died last night outside Yankee Stadium when the cops accidentally killed her with their bean-bag shotguns. Just an "ooops" from the cops, but a tragedy for her and her family.

The rightwing has gotten more and more sleazy. One reason they're fighting so hard to cheat and lie is thyat if they lose power many truths will come out and they'll find themselves discredited and in many cases, indicted.
