BPNT/LYLP - They originally messed up by giving out the 3 cent dividend using/including the share dividend in the calculation, which is overpayment, the 3 cent dividend got distributed 6 months after the 5 cent dividend did. example, if you had 100,000 shares, you originally would receive 42,900 shares dividend plus $5,000 cash. Six months later they were supposed to distribute an additional $3,000 cash but made a mistake calculating the three cent dividend using the 42,900 shares in the total, ie they paid out 3 cents on 142,900 shares or $4,287, which was $1,287 overpayment. otcbb.com
