Not sure, but the Brits discovered the contamination in August, I think, and recovered their own supplies...

Months...but the USA is far more demanding about quality control, especially in light of previous contamination. So, many months...

It probably takes at least a year to get a facility FDA approved to manufacture the vaccine. And that's if you have a facility ready and empty with nothing else being produced. It takes about 4 years to design, build, commission and obtain FDA licensing for a facility from scratch.
