We're talking about a bill that Kerry voted for that would have banned ammunition for bolt action hunting rifles! Any by the way, that bolt action hunting round has a LOT MORE energy and thus penetration power than any assault rifle. An assault rifle round is about 2" long. A hunting rifle round is about 4" long with twice as much powder behind it.
