I don't see Bush as balanced. I see him as completely loyal to the wealthy and corporate interests at the expense of everyone else.

Take his tax cuts for instance. They were poorly designed as an economic stimulus. And a very large percentage went to the top income earners in the country. (who cannot be characterized as needing the money)

Simultaneously, there are millions who barely have life's necessities, millions who have lost their jobs and Bush was against the most recent unemployment benefits extension.

That is not a balanced approach.
