<With Kerry as President there is hope> ... Thank God! .....

.......... Kerry will improve our relations abroad virtually overnight. But certainly not to the point of an American as Secretary General of the United Nations.

<The damage will be undone> ..... The damage done by the Bush administration is arguably largely permanent. There is political damage, for sure. That can be repaired a bit with time. Bush, though, has butchered international economics relations. Look at the decline of the dollar. The Asians are pissed.

The U.S. has betrayed the world on a colossal level.
