<< Let's first stipulate that both parties plan to fight over votes, and that both sides have some scoundrels who will cheat. But in the run-up to this Election Day, by far most of the accusations and the lawsuits have come from the Democrats. Even before votes are cast, they're accusing state ballot officials of conspiring to deny voters access to the polls.>>>

There is no need to scare half the population by suggesting that their State could be invaded by thousands of lawyers.

Most lawyers are out fishing or golfing unless they are going to get paid some way. They will mostly all head for just one or two close states.

But you do need sympathy for those living in a contested State that is close on the count and which also could change the Electoral college vote.

Even those residents may be safe if Kerry cannot win even with the contested States vote.

Because if that is the case the Kerry camp will suddenly and conveniently find thay are out of money and Teresa will stop payment on those checks.
