Kerry already unveiled his plan to hire 50,000 new troops, and also bringing in many more foreign troops, making a draft unnecessary. Bush has NO PLAN with how to supply anywhere near the troops we need for his massive unilateral war(s). Where will the troops come from? Poor planning and lies make for a major pickle and get our soldiers killed. Feels like LBJ in 1965. Bush would need a draft if he gets re-elected. Unless he cuts and runs. One thing Bush cannot do is bring the world to our side. Only Kerry can do that.
