They may have less rent than Best Buy or other stores which have a storefront. I guess it could be that they can also use the infrastructure which is already in place for their manufacturing options to resell consumer goods with less incremental cost. It still worries me that they are becoming more of a reseller of consumer products over the internet, a very crowded category with almost no profit margins. I think they need to embrace more of the food chain. TP
