The only real service I know about that Dell provides for resold items is testing. They do a lot of compatibility checks to insure that everything plays well together and has the right drivers. Putting their logo on items only increases the cost over garage based resellers. It used to be that Dell resold items like monitors and cables because they wanted to be a one stop solution for their customers. That seems to be changing and they are reselling items as primary products. TP
