You say you witnessed a CEO attempting to give Kerry a $200k check and that you think he should have accepted it? What a dope! I wish you HAD talked him into it - then Kerry, the CEO and perhaps even you could be charged with violation of federal law. And ignorance is no excuse, however believable it would be in your case. opensecrets.org
