Powell cant stand Bush and feels used and betrayed by him. He has never gotten over being used to lie at the UN about the WMD's, and not being told the invasion of Iraq was on until after Bandar Bush and others were told.

That's the reason Powell avoided the GOP convention and isn't campaigning for Bush. Powell is the only moderate in the administration and got stabbed in the back and lied to.
