Well, I voted. Only one person ahead of me to check in (the stations were full), but it still took a total of 35 minutes. We've got 8 ballot initiatives in Pinellas County, and for people that don't know what's up with them it takes a long time to read/decide. We've got 600K registered voters in Pinellas.

My WAG is that it's going to be a nightmare on election day, with very long waits. I wonder how many people will walk away? The election person told me that in Seminole, they had a line 1/2 block long, and that's for early voting.

I suspect they will wait. For the first time in maybe 10 years, people are committed to voting. We may hate each other but the current schism has made us appreciate the reasons behind a democracy and why voting is important!
