What would (Kerry) do? Go to the UN and ask permission to retaliate We've seen Bush in inaction. He sat and did nothing while Saudis hit the Twin Towers, then went after the Pentagon, but were diverted from the WH. Bush failed this nation. Kerry stated in unequivocal terms he will not consult with anyone, he will act on this country's behalf. Something Bush is not doing, nor has he done.
