Dont know where i read this but the columnist i think it was james stewart said he was avoiding all these insurance stocks because the price rigging was raising anti-trust issues- potential for triple damages- hence avoid. It seems to me that the potential of successful lawsuits with respect to the insurance fraud is much greater than with respect to Viox, which to me it sounds that Merck acted very responsibly in recalling as soon as the info indicated it was appropriate. Unfortunately Merck has drilled a lot of dry holes .
