You clearly didn't comprehend what he wrote if you believe he is saying his judgement is superior to that of the common man. To understand why it is that "good" men in positions of power will produce evil, while ordinary man without power but able to engage in voluntary cooperation with his neighbors will produce good He despises attempts to subvert the implicit democracy of ordinary individuals acting in their own self interest by groups of smart guys deciding what is good for them.
