I did not see it till about 1pm,but I have a feeling it was released early in the morning.
First thought in my head after reading this was 'something up'.
But I do not follow the margin requirements enough to know this for sure.Has there ever been a case of them raising the margin twice in this short of a time frame?(on any future)
