Most of us are still reveling in the Reagan years, and have yet to catch on to this new form of conservatism. Perhaps it was that Reagan vacationed here, and Nixon too. Bush has spurned us. Speaking for the conservatives of California, I declare your definition of liberal to be an insult to us conservatives. ggg You are a conservative? You supported Reagan? Really?

Spehres, Judging from your posts that I have read, which admittedly, has not been all of them, if you are a conservative, there must be a different definition of "conservative" there, than there is in the rest of the country. Maybe anything to the right of Streisand is considered conservative. I spent 5 years in the San Fernando Valley area of LA, and there is no way I will ever go back there. That ain't no place for a Texas country boy. Maybe that's why Bush stays away too. :^)
