Maybe he really doesn't mean to draft people and cut off their social security, but his policies mean he has to.

Bush WILL ELIMINATE SOCIAL SECURITY starting with benefit cutting those about to retire and those who need disability or survivor's benefits. They only go by what is stated as public policy.

That's what they do. They don't consider what is actually planned. Did they know Bush was planning on lying to invade Iraq for oil?
