Now, we have to part company. The best defense is a good offense. I am sure you have heard that expression a few times. That is exactly what Ronald Reagan was talking about. And so is GWB. Staying offensive helps keep terrorists on the defensive.

Think football. How many points are scored by the defense? If the offense is strong enough there is no need to bring the defense into play.
