Fun game! Got there about an hour before it started and took our seats. Tommy Thomspon was just down the hall as was Majkowski. Was dying for a smoke so I dragged Nicholas down to the 4th floor and there was Paul Hornung. So we got an autograph for Nicholas on a 11/14 picture of Lombardi and P.H. Went back up to 6 and took our seats and watched the Cowboys march down the field on the first drive (I was thinking oh no....not again). Nicholas (being the first class sportsman that he is) was teasing all the Cowboy fans but they took it well. On Saturday we had Y league flag football and won the championship game. We were 5-1 for the season and Nicholas got the MVP ball (I had nothing to do with voting) and he earned it! He was really good this year compared to last spring. I was worried that he took after his mother in the spring but things started coming together this fall as he sent more and more children off the field in tears LOL!! He gets no rewards for grades but I give him 10 bucks each time he makes a player from the other team cry and 20 bucks if they have to leave via stretcher <g> - just kidding. All in all it was a great weeekend of football for the gloop family. We're going to the Rams and Viqueen games as well. The seats just ROCK!
