Does it mean that huge amount of speculative inventory is starting to hit the market ? Maybe some people saw what happened in Vegas and got spooked.

Does it mean that all those who won bidding wars recently will experience so called Winner's Curse ?

If i had recently paid several hundred thousand for a "tool shed" i would be getting nervous.

So very many of the "Hot Properties" shown in the Los Angeles Times have been on the market for so many months.
