The only reason they think Osama is dead is because it makes Bush look like the cowardly chicken hawk he IS, for swearing he'd "smoke him out of his cave" and "hunt him down dead or alive", only to blow off the whole thing later. Bush has an emotional mental age of 14, as demonstrated in the first and second debate.
