All I know is what I read --- and then posted here a few days ago. (The analysis of 20 years of his voting record... which summarized by saying: "middle of the Democrat Senators". Clearly, that would NOT be the 'middle of ALL Senators'.) I don't know anything about the '11th.' claim... first I saw it was when you replied to me. Like I said, I posted the 20-year analysis... haven't seen any other voting analysis (except for the flawed National Journal one, which only looked at 2003).
