A "threat" doesn't mean you rush into a poorly planned invasion and occupy a large hostile country without enough alies or a post-invasion plan. That is the issue, HOW BUSH WENT TO WAR and the LIES HE TOLD US to try and fool us into backing him. It also doesn't mean an "imminent threat" or a "clear and present danger". Jk was al for disarming Saddam, but first we had to find some arms to disarm him of. That's what the UN inspections were for. Bush stopped them, didn't he?
