I agree Iraq is not a good place to be but I don't agree it is a result of bad planning. I do believe that the Bush administration is surprised at the resistance from left over sadam followers. The islam suicide terrorists I think were expected and wanted so they could be confronted in their own land. War is IMO never an exact science as the combatants must adjust as situations change.
