It was Bill Clinton who was golfing buddies with Ken Lay. Clinton and Enron were pals, and Enron rose to power during the Clinton Administration. It was prosecuted by Bush.

I wonder how Clinton forgot to include the Enron execs in his lengthy list of pardons?
