Hi Ron,

Re: These are just two examples of huge profits being reaped by the Military-Industrial Complex in the United States, funded almost entirely by taxpayers.

By some miracle, the American public seem to be mesmerized by the military. Simple facts don't seem to have the slightest impact on the American public. First of all, it is completely absurd that a nation with only 4% of the world's population should be spending 50% of the world's military budget, AND YET THE PEOPLE STILL DON'T FEEL SAFE! This is nuts. It's also the result of a ruthless and shrill propaganda campaign by the worst criminals to ever have stolen the White House from the American public.

The other thing that is totally outrageous is the huge disparity between how the public is led to react to welfare cheats vis a vis the grotesque boondoggles and total failure of the Pentagon's accounting systems. The losses to the taxpayer from purported welfare cheats is no more than a rounding error in the sums that have simply been lost by the Department of Death, or have been mis-spent on any variety of unnecessary and ridiculous programs such as Don Rumsfeld's pet National Missile Defense system.

I don't get it. Why can't the American public see through the charade?
