Lay had (emphasis on "had") lots of buds. President Clinton, while in office, and whose job it was to enforce the laws, could and did do lots more for Enron than candidate Bush. Clinton got Enron a $4 billion contract in India, for which Lay paid the democrats $100,000 in contributions. Clinton was Lay's golfing partner.

As an historical fact, the president who he cozied up to first was Clinton. The president who is prosecuting him is Bush.

Let's put it this way, and see if you can give an honest answer: Which President did more to bring Lay to justice -- Clinton, or Bush?
