The other black and white issue is that we were attacked 5 times under Clinton's watch. Each one seemed to be just a little bit bigger. All Clinton ever did was blow up empty tents and a Sudanese Aspirin factory. He never even authorized to money to replace the million dollar each cruise missiles he wasted to deflect publicity. What a failure. Bullies keep coming back for more each time they get away with it. Check to facts on abusive spouses. Same story there. Anyone who blames 9/11 on Bush without blaming it equally on Clinton is a fool, blind or partisan. Which are you?
