Ray,
No doubt, Yukos is being setup by a gang of mafia. Thanks to
Vodkaholic Yelstin, an ordinary crook like Kordovksy bought people's property at a rip off price. How did he get money for that project? If you think seriously about this question you will see where, when and how the whole gang operates.
It is like people's spectrum in USA
being is taken over by the new media crooks and they don't even let elections held freely. Now our spineless politicians are enslaved by them and they compete to satisfy these crooks and are afraid to utter anything against them.
I am gald that Putin caught the one of the crooks. But there are several in Russia and I hope he will slowly catch one after another.

Simply stated, you lack credibility when you fail to back your support for Yukos without a shred of evidence presented about the legitimacy of the company.

I have asserted that the ownership of Yukos came out of the criminal mafia manipulations of Russian national assets. This case is accepted not only by Communists and progressives, but is the viewpoint of such imminent pro-business publications such as Forbes Magazine.

I am not talking now, never talked before, about the legitimacy of the Yukos company

that has never been a concern of mine
where is your concern for the legitimacy of Microsoft ???
we care more about actions taken now legally for MSFT
I care more now about actions taken against Yukos
that is all

as for the military support for the oil interests now in Iraq,
that stands as common ground for us both
