Hello Glenn,

I do plan to read Ruppert's book. You have also reminded me that it is time to make time for Kennedy's book. It has been sitting on my "to read" shelve for a long time. And it has lots of company.

I am reserving judgement on this until I have hard fact. Maybe that hard fact never materializes. Is it possible? Certainly it is possible, and there is sufficient precedent in the past 50 years to support such activity.

You are certainly correct that it would have to be a very small and select group to pull this off.

As for Kissinger being nominated, well it does not surprise me at all. The public majority probably has a very different impression of Kissinger. People in Fuerth Germany will proudly tell you that this was Kissinger's birthplace. Your Pinochet analogy is perfect.

Certainly Bush was not involved. Before 9/11 I certain he thought that afghans were the primary export of Afghanistan and the Taliban was tall drink served in Jamaica made from bananas.

There is no doubt that the media is corrupt and controlled, but a true believer liberal would have risked all to expose such a story, provide there were facts.

Maybe the most plausible explanation is that someone in the government made it much easier for this to happen.

I will keep an open mind.

Thanks

TH
