i think i'm gonna have to get
an instruction manual.

Most of today's software has an automated (video) manual.
It is usually built into the programming.

It's simple to bring it up.

You just have to press the Alt Button and while holding it
down you simultaneously hit the Enter and Ctrl Key 5-6 times
fast.

Try it. It helps me all the time.
