So the Kerry camp is saying that the voters who are too dumb to get themselves to the correct polling place should be allowed to have their votes counted because they probably voted for Kerry? Doesn't say too much for people who vote for Kerry, does it?

If they voted in the wrong polling place, who's to say they didn't vote in the right polling place too, thus double voting?

Dumb.
