Good level headed analysis as always CC. Another thing to consider - IF the company does have an economic and large ore body, there is a distinct possibility that the insiders may be able to sell in a block trade to an institution thus avoiding downward price pressure over a short period of time.

Hi Claude!

I find sedi.ca to be as tedious and unbearable as others find sedar.com, so I do not have a link to back this up with, but I read that insiders have actualy been buying more ORM, which is certainly encouraging. I agree with all of your points, and doubtless a large deposit of silver in a bull market will win the day regardless of the overhang in the share structure. I am bullish on the outlook for the company.

I believe this discussion started over some comments that I made to Jhong after the Toronto Cambridge show last month. The result of the seed capital placement has basicaly resulted in a 1000-bagger for the participants. I do not begrudge them taking some profits at this level and selling off some or all of their escrow shares as soon as they become free trading. Who would not council investors to take profits along the way, even if the outlook going forward remains bright? So my point to John was that it makes more sense to be a buyer of ORM after November 18th, as it is likely there will be shares available cheaply at that time.

I certainly hope no one has construed my comments to mean that I am bearish on the company. I would hope that management has lined up some institutional support to take out any blocks that are available in the market, and also expect that they will anticipate the selling presure and offset it somewhat by releasing additional assay results or news to create volume in the market.

cheers!
