Clapperama, <Sox have a nice lead so far right now. Schilling is toughing out that ankle. Gotta admire him as much as I dislike the bastage. Tough dude.> Word is that they can't stitch up the tendon again to keep it from sliding over the ankle bone - if they do, they could do some permanent damage. Word is Schilling said if they need him, he wants them to shoot it up and he'll do what he has to do to pitch....I admire that..like you said, he is tough. Tell you what....Jets looked great yesterday - the Pats know they got away with one. People are so excited in this town....something New Yorkers have felt for years. Yeah we got the Super Bowl a couple of times, but this feels very different...and...even though the Celtics and Bruins are in the town's DNA, I think the Sox are in the town's soul. And, as usual, Manny continues to scare everybody. Altair19
