yes, it is. Iraq was defeated during 1st gulf war and was forced under the threat of war to comply with some un resolutions. Inspectors concluded that Iraq did not comply. Sanctions did not work because even Annon's son was in on helping Saddam for his share of money let alone France, Germany and Russia hence......

How about attacking a government of a country that does not lead in the best interest of, and in fact leads at the expense of its people?
