shrub kicked the weapons inspectors out of Iraq before they could publicly verify that saddam was no threat. Even though US intelligence already knew saddam was no imminent, building, gathering or viable threat, shrub started the war. In an effort rivaling that of hitler's nazi propaganda machine he used the politics of fear via the OSP lie factory to falsely justify a war of aggression.
