Hi Rayok,
Your point is novel to me and interesting. It's a matter of distribution of income. In a place like Sweden, incomes are relatively equally distributed so since the rich are few they are taxed quite heavily, using the trickle up theory. The tax system thus perpetuates the relative equality of incomes and political power. In the US the trickle down theory dominates and the rich own most of the newspapers etc. The inequality of income is spectacular and maintains the political power inequality. To be sure it would help if the morons were not such but the level of education and the media propaganda are also important in the decision making of Joe 6Pack.
The inherent weakness is that of capitalism; UNLESS BRIDLED it tends to a concentration of wealth and power. I'm not arguing for socialism.
