The Fed is creating their own version of bread and circus as our real focus is on Don Quixote pursuits, and I expect similar results.

Ah Don Quijote... yes, the windmill-turned-monsters...

like the WMD in Irak and the Patriot Act that followed... the egomaniacs created the fear so horrific that giving up on what had made this society so unique, by the very members who enjoyed it without a fight really... all in the name of protecting and securing the home-land... never mind that such measures still do not account for the mistakes made, nor in practical terms really would stop another set of madmen if they really wanted to attack again....

As for costs... well, they are politicians... who are never responsible for such considerations of costs... they just create and designs windmills regardless of their costs...

Besides, why not treat politicians like CEO's on the accountability window... truly pathetic to see these politicians express... horror and act as if they were so perplexed... when their own scandals and mismanagements dwarf those of private industry....
