The interesting thing about Carter... as I watched a TV program over the week-end that illustrated the way in which the Christian Conservative movement has worked the political arena starting with Nixon who had personal visits with Billy Graham.. What was interesting was Carter was picked by them as the candidate to make the necessary changes in government: Abortion,prayer in school,family values,no deviant behaviors,morality before anything. AND the reason. Carter spoke with God. He was a born again Christian. So I find it interesting he criticizes Bush in anyway. By the way......the coalition was partially destroyed be Swaggart,Baker and other scandals by the purporter of the morality phase of the agenda.
