He did fail to comply with UN sanctions, with massive
egregious violations of the Gulf War Cease Fire Agreement (UN
Res 687).

Link?

Try UN resolution 1441.

So much bunk, so little time. I will give you credit for
cherry picking primo bunk though.

"Saddam "wanted to recreate Iraq's WMD capability – which was essentially destroyed in 1991 – after sanctions were removed," the report said, though it added that no such formal plan was uncovered."

I see that UN Resolution 1441 has been suggested for you to
read. I also suggest UN Resolution 687 - AKA The Gulf War
Cease Fire Agreement. I was irrevocably tied to ell
subsequent UN Resolutions, including #1441.

It clearly establishes that Iraq has to do far more than
destroy his "stockpiles" of WMD's. Any violation of the Cease
Frie Agreement meant that a resumption of hostilities would
be legal........

The Report That Nails Saddam

Headlines conceal the real news in the report of Iraq Survey Group head Charles Duelfer. For the report makes it plain that George W. Bush had good reason to go to war in Iraq and end the regime of Saddam Hussein.

"The 9/11 commission found no link between Iraq and al Queda."

WOW! Are you still recycling that discredited tripe?

I guess that the following facts will not bring you back to
planet earth then. What a shame.

I suggest you lay off the Kool Aid.

Here's 9/11 Commission Chair Thomas Kean during the press conference for the release of the commission'a final report today:

There is "no question in our minds that there was a
relationship between Iraq and al Queda
