LB, I know that it is nothing more than a misdemeanor, but as you say, she will have to go through the process of a small fine, time lost, and humiliation, along with knowing that her neighbor knows what she did. She will be embarrassed in many places that she goes, because her escapade was on TV for 8 counties of people to see what she did.
