Re: PA. I think you can trace many of these 'process' difficulties to the Nader campaign. They 'dragged their heels' on getting signatures to put him on the ballot, fell so far behind that they had to bring in hired-guns to canvass for PA signatures (incidentially: much of this was financed with Republican contributions. :) File that one under "you should be careful what you wish for"....) The Naderites finally turned in their petitions AT THE VERY LAST BREAKING MINUTE... but, when challenged, it turned out most of the signatures were forged, names taken straight out of the phone book --- still in alphabetical order some of them, :) The judge assigned to verify this mess (incidentially: he's one of the most experienced judges on election issues in the country, and he called in extra staff into 7-day, double shift work weeks to try to go as fast as possible examining names and verifying) finally concluded that MORE THEN 70% OF THE NAMES SUBMITTED WERE FRAUDULENT. He stated that this was the GREATEST ELECTION FRAUD EVER PERPETRATED UPON THE PA COURTS! The earlier ballots mailed overseas had Nader's name on them because the deadline to mail them had come... but no one yet knew is Nader would qualify or not! They are trying to get corrected ballots overseas as fast as possible. This whole mess was not a local 'plot' against overseas voters --- it's a direct result of the Nader FRAUD. PS --- around 75% of all eligible Americans overseas, potential voters, are not military --- they are civilians working in various countries. There have been MANY MORE screwups relating to ballot access for these civilians (leading some to claim that there was a deliberate effort to supress their voting), then screwups in the military vote....
