We've had signs being knocked down and swiped for as far back as I can remember -- signs in the public right-of-way, that is.

Some people don't like any signs at all and take down everybody's sign. Some are partisans.

I don't know if signs are good for anything but feel-good.

Excellent that the sign is still there.

NWCN had a report on this morning that a Bush supporter in Laurelhurst was struck on the head when he confronted someone stealing his Bush/Cheney signs. Just confirms what I've always thought - Laurelhurst is a very dangerous neighborhood. <gg>

Things are getting tense out there.
