If you are trying to equate this action with a war that killed many thousands of innocent civilians and continues to kill same each and every day, I say your priorities are totally misplaced. Get a grip. I was simply putting a little meat on Nadine's arguments that French cupidity informed much of their Iraq position, a fact I had known long ago but which apparently still rankles some observers. I'll say the same about the Russians, who are likely the next to be looked at, though I wouldn't expect as big a fuss about their activities.
